Through Pain, Fear & Confusion We Can Get Through Anxiety

I’m not sure how you are all feeling now that we are in the new year but there has been a profound shift in consciousness for me. This shift feels lighter, more positive, and less daunting as I float curiously through this new year. At the end of 2021, and particularly since there have been Covid mandates in place for Western Australia, I have been on an emotional and spiritual grieving process and it has felt at times that I was heading towards imminent doom. It has also felt at times like there was no way to go back to the liberties or freedoms that have been embedded deeply into the cultural Australian psyche we call home. We have all fondly known growing up in our country Australia, otherwise known as the ‘lucky country' that we have been blessed and relatively free to roam autonomously. Simply put, this sunburnt country has not come with too many imposing restrictions placed upon us as a multicultural and relatively new society until now.
I believe that this difficult and confronting journey that I found myself on was intentionally there for me to go through so that I could find myself right here at this point on this new trajectory with newly formed growth. I’m likening myself to a beautiful and free butterfly unfurling that was previously cocooned and shackled in such tightly woven threads of silken compliance, fear, panic, dread, uncertainty, and coercion. How have I come to the newly found peace and inner direction? I let go, took a big step back from the tears, had deep and meaningful conversations with others, took a lot of deep breaths and focused and listened to my innate and ancient knowing. In this process, I was able to see and feel a deeper perspective of the processes that I needed to go through in order to have a better understanding of myself and which way I needed to walk and turn on the path of life. My sense of purpose is clearer to me now than it ever has been before.
My vision now is to help you find the balance and peace that you have been searching for. This journey is yours and yours only and it is you and only you that can take those steps but I can be there with you to offer perspective and hold an open, non-judgemental and safe space for you to take that unique expedition through self-discovery.
