About me
I would be honoured to be part of your journey
Welcome, and thank you for being here.

My deepest hope is to support individuals on their journey toward a more fulfilling and transformative way of living, mind, body, and soul.

My own lived experience with trauma led me to a career in counselling and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Through many years of personal counselling, I have done extensive work on my own healing, and I continue this journey through ongoing personal therapy and clinical supervision. This commitment allows me to address blind spots and unresolved areas, ensuring I can be fully present with my clients and support them in going deeper on their own journeys.

I am also a mother, a role I cherish deeply. Motherhood has challenged and rewarded me in countless ways and continues to offer profound opportunities for self-reflection and growth.

In my spare time, I volunteer as a firefighter, a role I am incredibly passionate about. Protecting the community and connecting with our hills community is deeply meaningful to me. This experience has pushed me beyond my comfort zone, strengthened my resilience, and allowed me to develop valuable transferable life skills while working alongside like-minded individuals. One of the greatest lessons firefighting has taught me is just how much I am capable of, and I feel immense pride in my growth each time I attend training or respond to a call-out.

Creativity also plays an important role in my life. I love creating art through drawing, photography, and crocheting, as well as spending time hiking in nature. I am currently on a personal mission to complete the Bibbulmun Track, having already walked from Kalamunda to Collie, and I look forward to continuing the journey from Collie this year.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story. I would be honoured to be part of your journey too.

Kind regards,
Sam Strahan
