Workplace Communication Workshops
Understanding Communication, Reducing Conflict, Strengthening Teams
Most workplace tension isn’t really about what’s said, it’s about how it’s experienced.
Each person brings their own internal world into every interaction. Under pressure, it’s easy for tone to be misread, meaning to be assumed, and reactions to take over. This is where communication can start to feel strained, and where disconnection within teams begins.

This workshop is grounded in the NLP communication model, supporting staff to understand that we don’t respond to reality itself, we respond to our internal representation of it.

In everyday moments, we naturally filter information, delete parts of what’s said, distort meaning, and generalise based on past experiences. These patterns happen quickly and often outside of awareness, yet they shape how we communicate, relate, and respond.

What's included?
In this practical 2-hour workshop, your team will learn how to slow these patterns down and bring more awareness into their communication. This includes developing the ability to respond rather than react, communicate with greater clarity and respect, and navigate tension before it escalates.

The session is grounded, relational, and experiential. It creates space for reflection, insight, and real-world application, supporting teams to feel more connected, regulated, and aligned in how they work together.
I bring years of experience working directly with people, drawing on transferable knowledge from the counselling sector, disability support, youth work, volunteer firefighting and school-based settings. This breadth of experience allows the work to be both practical and deeply attuned to the human dynamics which presents in team environments.

If your team is experiencing miscommunication, tension, or emotional fatigue, this workshop offers a practical and supportive way to create more clarity, understanding, and ease in everyday interactions.
